When we publish something incorrect, we fix it — visibly. This is every correction we've made, with dates, the original claim, the correction, and the primary source we used to verify.
How it works. Reader-flagged errors are acknowledged within one business week. Material corrections (anything that could change a clinical or financial decision) trigger a re-review by the original medical reviewer. The corrected page shows the change inline; this log preserves the original wording for accountability.
