Refund policy
We don’t process refunds — your provider does
Glpverdict is an editorial comparison portal. We never charge you, never collect payment, and never dispense medication. Every transaction happens directly with the telehealth provider you signed up with — so any refund, cancellation, or billing question goes to them, not us.
- You click an affiliate link like
/go/roon Glpverdict. We attach a UTM source so the destination provider knows we sent the referral. - You pay the provider directly — not Glpverdict. Your card statement reads the provider’s merchant name.
- The provider pays us a flat commission for the referral, only if you complete signup. Commission size does not change the order in which we rank providers.
- Refunds + cancellation are governed by the provider’s terms at the moment you signed up. We have no ability to issue, reverse, or alter charges.
Each provider’s refund page
Open the relevant policy directly and read the terms in force on the day you signed up.
If a provider refuses a legitimate refund
Editorial does not arbitrate billing disputes, but we do remove providers from the ranking if a pattern of bad-faith refund denial emerges. Email [email protected] with the dispute thread; we audit within 14 business days. State attorney general or FTC complaint pages are the only formal recourse — we link to them on the corrections page.
This page describes the editorial commercial model, not legal advice. Provider terms control the actual refund mechanics. Re-verified monthly.
