How we drive traffic to Glpverdict
Affiliate-network compliance teams need to know exactly how a publisher acquires traffic and which methods are off-limits. This page is the canonical answer. It is linked from the footer and from every network application we submit.
Organic search (SEO)
The primary traffic source. We publish editorial content β medication monographs, provider rankings, side-effect deep-dives, calculators β and earn organic placement in Google, Bing, ChatGPT search, Perplexity, and other answer engines. We bid on zero paid search terms.
Opt-in editorial newsletter
Readers subscribe to a weekly digest via an unticked, explicit-consent form. Every email carries an unsubscribe link in the footer; suppression is honored within 24 hours per CAN-SPAM. We send no unsolicited email, ever.
Inbound press + word of mouth
Journalists and clinicians link to us as a sourced reference. We publish a /press inbox; reporters can verify facts with named editors and contributors. No paid placements, no sponsored journalism.
No brand bidding on paid search
We never bid on advertiser-trademarked terms (e.g. "Ro", "Hims", "Wegovy site:ro.co") in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other paid-search platform. Brand bidding is the most common cause of advertiser termination in the affiliate space.
No incentivized traffic
We do not pay users to click, complete signups, or convert via cashback, loyalty points, sweepstakes, or reward apps. Glpverdict carries no rewards or coupon mechanic of any kind.
No toolbars, adware, or browser extensions
We do not distribute Glpverdict via any client-side software β no toolbar, no browser extension, no mobile-app shell. Affiliate networks regularly terminate publishers for adware deployment; we have zero attack surface here.
No purchased email lists
Every email address on file is single opt-in from a Glpverdict-owned form. We do not buy, swap, or rent third-party email lists. We do not co-mail with affiliated brands or send affiliate links inside cold email.
No retargeting on advertiser audiences
We do not bid on retargeting pools that include advertiser-visitor lists. Our only retargeting is first-party β Glpverdict readers across Glpverdict pages.
No SubID cloaking or referrer stripping
Every affiliate-tagged link routes through the public /go/{provider} redirect on glpverdict.com and forwards the original referrer + UTM parameters intact. We do not strip, rewrite, or mask attribution.
No fabricated reviews or social engagement
We do not buy reviews, comments, or social-media engagement. The verified-reviewer chip on provider cards is keyed to funnel-attributed traffic only β see /methodology/verified-buyers for the exact rule.
Traffic-source disclosure on application
When applying to a new affiliate network, Glpverdict discloses the exact traffic breakdown for the trailing 90 days. Reviewers can verify those numbers against third-party measurement (SimilarWeb, Ahrefs traffic estimates, Google Search Console performance share) on request. If a network needs a screenshot of the dashboard, we provide one within one business day to [email protected].
Reporting violations
If you believe Glpverdict has violated one of the rules above (used a forbidden traffic method, run a prohibited paid-search campaign, or otherwise misled a partner), report it to [email protected]. Affiliate networks receive a same-day acknowledgment; we audit within 7 business days and publish the outcome on /corrections.
