How it works
Orforglipron is the first oral non-peptide small-molecule GLP-1 agonist. Unlike Rybelsus (which is oral semaglutide, a peptide with strict empty-stomach + 30-min fast rules), orforglipron is a true small molecule absorbed reliably without food restrictions.
