What gets deleted

  • • Refill tracker entries

What gets scrubbed (body kept)

  • • Medication + provider review email fields
  • • Patient story contact email
  • • Q&A reply author email

Reviews + stories that you posted publicly remain published — they're editorial content. The link between your email and the post is severed.

Submitting always returns the same confirmation, whether or not the email exists in our database. This prevents account enumeration. The confirmation email arrives only if we have a record.
