Compounded semaglutide vials are typically stable 28-56 days refrigerated (36-46 °F) after first puncture — check the beyond-use date printed by your compounding pharmacy, which supersedes any general rule. Keep the vial in the interior of the fridge, not the door, and never freeze. If the solution turns cloudy, yellowed, or has visible particles, discard and request a replacement — legitimate 503A pharmacies will replace at no charge.
