Aim for roughly half your body weight in ounces per day, plus another 16-20 oz on workout or hot days. GLP-1s blunt thirst cues, so most patients drift into low-grade dehydration — the tell is constipation, headache, or dark urine. Set a timer for every 90 minutes if you cannot feel thirst; electrolytes (sodium + potassium) matter more than plain volume once nausea is present.
