My BMI is 27 with PCOS — can I get Zepbound?

Clinician answer

PCOS-related insulin resistance qualifies as a weight-related comorbidity under most prescriber criteria. FDA-approved use of Zepbound is BMI ≥30 OR BMI ≥27 with at least one weight-related condition. PCOS is increasingly treated as qualifying. Document your PCOS diagnosis, and ask your prescriber — they will adjudicate on a case-by-case basis.
