Ingredients
- ½ cupliquid egg whites
- 1 cupbaby spinach
- 1 tbspcrumbled feta
- 1 tspolive oil
- to tastesalt, pepper
Steps

Warm olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add spinach; sauté 30 sec until wilted.

Pour egg whites over the spinach; gently stir until set.
