The lowest-volume protein breakfast. Egg whites are easy to digest; pair with a small glass of electrolyte water to start the day hydrated.

Ingredients

  • ½ cupliquid egg whites
  • 1 cupbaby spinach
  • 1 tbspcrumbled feta
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • to tastesalt, pepper

Steps

    Warm olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

    Add spinach; sauté 30 sec until wilted.

    Pour egg whites over the spinach; gently stir until set.

    Top with feta and season.
