Ingredients

  • ½ cuprolled oats
  • ½ cupplain Greek yogurt
  • ½ scoopwhey protein (vanilla)
  • ¾ cupmilk of choice
  • ¼ cupmixed berries
  • 1 tspmaple syrup (optional)

Steps

    Combine oats, yogurt, whey, and milk in a mason jar; whisk until smooth.

    Fold in berries; drizzle maple syrup.
