Ingredients

- 1 cankidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (28 oz)crushed tomatoes
- 1red bell pepper, diced
- 1fennel bulb, diced (substitute for onion)
- 2 tspchili powder
- 1 tspcumin
- to tastesalt, pepper, smoked paprika

Brown turkey in a Dutch oven over medium heat; drain excess fat.
