Week 12. DEXA scan time. I scheduled it at month 3 specifically because lean-mass loss is the metric I most wanted to track. Result: β12 lb total since baseline, of which 9.2 lb is fat and 2.4 lb is lean (and 0.4 lb is water/other). That's ~80% fat loss β better than I expected, attributable to 100 g/day protein and 2 lifting sessions a week.
Quantified diary data. Week 9: 211 lb. Week 12 end: 206 lb. Month 3 total: β5 lb. Cumulative since start: β18 lb. DEXA at month 3: fat mass β9.2 lb, lean mass β2.4 lb, body fat % from 38.5 to 32.1.
